I had severe cystic acne for past 4 years and because of that I visited many clinics and spent lot of money but it did not clear anything on my face but made my skin very dark. Then recently saw an add on Instagram about Genesis dermatology and visited there with no hope but after their pampering and consultation by mam she promised me and gave me confidence with that started my session it's been my 4th session now I feel really good and all the infected acne has reduced and removed my darkness in my skin as well . I had visited Genesis last month and had a consultation with Dr.Nazreen for Laser hair removal.I must really say that they have the most advanced machines and very friendly staff who make you feel so comfortable. I had only 1 session of Lhr with them and trust me I saw visible results. The growth did not happen so quick. I have tried LHR with other places in Chennai and only felt unhappy about the results. I have been coming to Genesis Ashok Nagar branch for over a year and really happy with the service and the staff there. After my few visits I was so happy with the results and I usually get appointments with Dr. Nazreen mam .She is very polite , hears my problem patiently and handles the treatment so gently. I had lip Pigmentation for more than 6years . I have been to many clinics but only now I can see drastic improvement. She suggests perfect skin care regime also for my skin . I can see visible changes in my pigmentation level too.I usually get appointments in between my kids school timings and they care about it and give appointments based on our schedule. Thanks to Yasmeen manager for always asking about my concerns and my comfort level in treatments.They call us the next day to check if there is any discomfort and obtain feedback on the earlier day procedure. I regularly get laser treatment done for hair removal at genesis skin clinic. Its been my go to place for laser and facials for many years along with my sister and mom, even though I have been living in the US. Whenever, I am in town to visit my family I make sure to go to kaya as well. Today my treatment was done was Pooja, who remembered even from a year ago preferences particularly regarding extra hygiene and cleanliness, which I applaud. I'm happy to share my review after a month on the Journey Genesis Dermatology. Dr. Mageswaran is very friendly and gentle, and he is the best in this field for sure, and his team is amazing! Dr.Mageswaran and his team provided great care before, during, and after surgery. One of the best dermatologist I've ever seen in Chennai. I've visited many doctors before but I was not satisfied with their care(They won't listen properly, they'll spend less than 2 mins to explain it). Dr. Daniel is very patient and answers each and every questions that I ask and provides explaination clearly. Consulting fee is normal (Same as most dermatologists), Medicines rates are on the higher end however it provides great results for me so no complaints on that. Overall I'm very glad that I found Dr Daniel as my dermatologist. ~ Ramya M
I had dark and dull lips for a long time. I tried many creams and home remedies, but nothing helped. Then I took professional treatment, and it really worked for me. They did a few sessions of laser and light peels. My lips became softer, lighter, and more even in color. I also started using lip balm with SPF every day, as they advised. Dr. Daniel is highly professional and caring. At Genesis he explained the pros and cons of treatments for my skin tanning issue without pushing for costly options. Thanks to his guidance, I had excellent results with Cosmelan peeling and Glutathione injections. I recommend avoiding parlors and consulting Dr. Daniel for any skin and hair issues.
