I have been coming to Genesis Ashok Nagar branch for over a year and really happy with the service and the staff there. After my few visits I was so happy with the results and I usually get appointments with Dr. Nazreen mam .She is very polite , hears my problem patiently and handles the treatment so gently. I had lip Pigmentation for more than 6years . I have been to many clinics but only now I can see drastic improvement. She suggests perfect skin care regime also for my skin . I can see visible changes in my pigmentation level too.I usually get appointments in between my kids school timings and they care about it and give appointments based on our schedule. Thanks to Yasmeen manager for always asking about my concerns and my comfort level in treatments.They call us the next day to check if there is any discomfort and obtain feedback on the earlier day procedure. I had severe cystic acne for past 4 years and because of that I visited many clinics and spent lot of money but it did not clear anything on my face but made my skin very dark.
